Privacy policy
How AIEmulate handles your information.
Effective date: September 28, 2026
This privacy policy explains how AIEmulate ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit aiemulate.com. AIEmulate is published by DevDisruptors.
Information we collect
- Usage data. Our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, referring page and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site secure, reliable and fast.
- Cookies and similar technologies. This release does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts, and does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not require accounts, and we do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising
Advertising is not currently enabled. If we introduce advertising, we will update this policy and implement the applicable consent controls before loading advertising services.
Analytics
Third-party analytics is not currently enabled. Our hosting provider may process access logs to operate and secure the website. If we add an analytics service, we will update this policy and implement any required consent controls before enabling it.
Legal bases (UK and EEA)
We rely on your consent for personalised advertising and non-essential cookies, on our legitimate interests to run, secure and improve the site, and on legal obligations where they apply.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@aiemulate.com. We reply within the time the law requires (usually one month for UK and EEA requests and 45 days for US state requests) and may need to confirm your identity first. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
US state privacy rights
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas or another US state with a consumer privacy law:
- What we collect: identifiers (such as IP address and cookie or device IDs), internet activity (pages viewed and interactions with ads) and approximate location inferred from your IP address. Technical request information is processed by our hosting provider. Optional advertising and analytics processing applies only when those services are enabled.
- Why: to run and secure the site, and to respond to messages you send us. Optional services, if enabled, are described above.
- Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. Letting advertising partners use cookies for personalised (targeted) ads can count as "selling" or "sharing" under some state laws. You can opt out with the privacy settings link on the page where available, by turning on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, or by emailing us.
- Your choices: you can ask to know, access, correct or delete your personal information and opt out of targeted advertising, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. You can use an authorised agent. If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
- We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Children
AIEmulate is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK and EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Retention and international transfers
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. Our service providers may process data in other countries; where required, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
